Helpdesk
You can reach the helpdesk from 8:30-12.00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm. Beyond normal service hours you can leave a voice-mail. Our SWYX-VOIP telephon system will forward the message to service manager on duty.
Service-Level-Agreement
To support our customer systems and to provide state-of-the-art maintenance and software update services, we offer different service-level-agreements. According to the SLA level (A,B or C) we provide services that are available 24x7x365.
