Full service for our customers  Minimize 

Support Request


You can reach our support team via phone: +49 621 10781-23. Please have your customer number and/or the service-level-agreement id at hand. This will ensure a fast process of your support request. Alternativly, we provide a web form to enter your service request directly. Please click here.  

Helpdesk


You can reach the helpdesk from 8:30-12.00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm. Beyond normal service hours you can leave a voice-mail. Our SWYX-VOIP telephon system will forward the message to service manager on duty.

Service-Level-Agreement


To support our customer systems and to provide state-of-the-art maintenance and software update services, we offer different service-level-agreements. According to the SLA level (A,B or C) we provide services that are available 24x7x365.
